1. Private Property

Miransas-Chess is the exclusive intellectual property of Sardor Azimovand the Miransas technology ecosystem. Although operated as a hobby project, all source code (Rust, C++, Go), design assets, and mathematical algorithms are protected by proprietary rights.

Usage Constraints

  • Users are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer the engine core.
  • Unauthorized commercial redistribution of the analysis data is strictly forbidden.
  • Automation or “bottling“ the API without explicit permission from the developer is restricted.
Data Collection

3. Data Policy

We value technical transparency. Miransas-Chess does not collect personal identity data. We may store anonymous game logs and node analysis metadata purely for engine optimization and performance benchmarking.

Disclaimer: This engine is provided ”as-is" during its active development phase on M1 infrastructure. The developer reserves the right to modify access protocols at any time to maintain system stability within the Miransas ecosystem.
